Privacy policy

This page explains which personal data Sitodit uses, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.

Data controller

VIDEOMARK SARL, 54 rue René Boulanger, 75010 Paris, France, publisher of Sitodit.

The data we use

• Your email address: to confirm your request, send you the report and sign you in to your space without a password.
• The address of the site to audit, the language and delivery method you chose, and the reports produced.
• Your IP address: a few minutes to limit the number of requests, and 14 days in the server’s technical logs.

Why we are allowed to

This data is used to provide the service you ask for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is neither sold nor used for advertising.

Who receives your data

The site and its data are hosted in France by OVH SAS.

Emails are sent through Google’s mail service (Google LLC, United States), under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long

Your requests and reports stay in your space as long as you use it. Links sent by email expire: 15 minutes for signing in, 30 days for the report. On request, we delete your address and your reports.

Cookies

The site sets two technical cookies, needed for it to work: the session, to keep you signed in, and a token that protects the forms. No analytics or advertising cookies, so no consent is asked.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict its use, and receive it in a readable format. Write to us: VIDEOMARK SARL, 54 rue René Boulanger, 75010 Paris, France. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
